At Fulwell Infant School Academy, our Design and Technology curriculum develops creativity, problem solving and practical skills. Children learn to design, make and evaluate purposeful products linked to real-life contexts. Through carefully sequenced learning, children develop technical knowledge, safe use of tools and increasing independence from Nursery through to Year 2.
Children revisit key concepts including designing, joining, building, testing and evaluating so that knowledge and skills are remembered and built upon over time.
